Amy Sutter, a lover of life, laughter, fun, and adventure who continuously strives to build her stronger “SutterGirl” self and to instill a positive impact upon the people and places along the paths she travels. She is a visionary who thrives in environments that present opportunity to unleash her creativity. Along side the corporate roles she has held in the printing and printed food packaging industries, SutterGirl has kept her creative juices flowing through various projects. She became a group fitness instructor in 1993 for which she designed her own choreography for cardio classes. In 1995, she started a mural painting and graphic design business called “Creative Insight”. Ultimately, she blended all of her passions into a divinely Inspired business concept, MoJoTiVatioN®️.

SutterGirl is native to Atlanta and was brought to South Carolina by way of attending Clemson. In fact, Clemson Jazzercize is what spurred her passion for fitness. Amy has been an A.C.E.* Certified Group Fitness Instructor since 1993, teaching everything from kickboxing, indoor cycling, high-low to step etc.; the latter two of which she taught at Sportsclub Greenville back in the late 90's. A promotion in her corporate career relocated her to Pennsylvania for 7 years. Another opportunity within the same company brought her full circle to Greenville in 2008. At that point in time, Amy began teaching In-Door Cycling at all three Sportsclub locations. Shortly thereafter, Sportsclub Greenville approached Amy regarding becoming a Personal Trainer. After intense study and testing, she added Personal Trainer to her A.C.E. Certification repertoire (June of 2016) and officially came on staff in both capacities as a Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. In 2017, she added Les Mills SPRINT, A.C.E. Functional Training Specialist and raisedbarre™️ certifications to her fitness resume, as well. 

Amy's passion for fitness also led her to the sport of competitive bodybuilding in 2010. The sport, accompanied by Divine Intervention, inspired Amy to create her business MoJoTiVatioN®️ - Positive Power (2011). Her concept offers positive Visual Trigger jewelry that keeps the wearer mindful of and on point toward attaining their goals, as well as a “Fuel Specialist”, the coaching aspect through which she guides clientele to properly fuel their Mind, Body & Soul to build and present their strongest version of self. She's been competing in bodybuilding at the National Level for more than seven years and as of November 17, 2018 won her weight class at the NPC National Bodybuilding Championships in Miami. This victory marked the attainment of her Ultimate “LIFE LIST” Goal of being awarded the status of IFBB Professional Bodybuilder***. She will make her Professional debut, competing on the IFBB PRO Circuit in April 2019.

Over the past 25 years, Amy has focused on incorporating nutritional courses as a part of obtaining her continuing education credits required to maintain her A.C.E. Certifications completing a SCW Fitness Education Sports Nutrition Certification** in 2015 and is currently in the throes of studying for the A.C.E. Fitness Nutrition Specialist certification.
